A villa with a garden in Lucca, 900 metres from the walls
Five bedrooms, ten beds, a wood-fired oven and a pool for the summer. Since 2005 we have hosted families and groups of friends in the San Filippo district.

A Tuscan house on two floors
The ground floor has Tuscan terracotta tiles. It holds a large living room with a fireplace, an eat-in kitchen, a bright lounge opening onto the garden, a bathroom and a double bedroom.
The upper floor has wooden flooring and four air-conditioned bedrooms: two doubles, a single and a triple. The large bathroom has a bathtub.
The area is quiet and well served: supermarkets, a newsstand, shops, a perfumery and a pharmacy are a short walk away.
The garden is a second dining room
A large porch with a table and chairs lets you eat outside from spring to autumn. The 300 m² garden is well kept, with olive trees, sweetgums and birches.
For dinner outdoors there is a wood-fired pizza oven and a masonry barbecue.

The festival runs between late October and early November and fills the city. Dates go quickly then, so write to us early.
