The holiday house is situated in the heart of Viareggio, on the ground floor of a two-storey house, externally
refurbished recently. It’s equipped with every comfort: ♣Close to the sea (700 meters) and from the pinewood (Pineta di Ponente) (200 meters); ♣In a quiet and well served neighbourhood; ♣Air-conditioning; ♣Heating; ♣TV, with DVD-DVX; ♣Two bicycles; ♣Dishwasher; ♣Washing machine; ♣Private courtyard with little garden; ♣Private parcking. |

The accommodation has living and sleeping areas, and it presents lounge, kitchen in good condition,
bathroom with shower, and three bedrooms: one double, one double room with big size beds, and one single.
Every room has double-glazed windows, wardrobe and desk with chair. The biggest bedroom is equipped with
a third single bed. The house, 75 square meters wide, can accommodate up to 6 people. It also has an
exclusive courtyard with little garden and private parking, furnished with table and chairs to eat outdoors. Finally we
provide our guests a washing room, where the boiler is placed and where two bicycles are available.
The house is equipped with heating and air-conditioning; all kitchen supplies, hairdryer, TV, DVD player,
dishwasher, washing machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer are supplied as well. The holiday house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood,
about 700 meters far from the sea, reachable in a few minutes on foot, with a short walk that crosses the pinewood.
With the bicycles that we supply, reaching the sea or the famous “Passeggiata” will be even faster and easier.
Pineta di Ponente is a place for entertainment, relax and fun, there are kiosks, restaurants, reserved areas
for animals, games for children, bicycles rental, tandem and rickshaws. The area is well served: within a
radius of 200 meters you can find pub, bakery, bar, pizzerias (also take-away), florist, ice cream parlors,
bus stops. Supermarket, newspapers resales, pharmacies, and various kind of stores are also close to
accommodation. Viareggio railway station, 800 meters far from the house, is directly connected with the
most important cities in Tuscany and Italy.
Possibility to park the car inside the private courtyard.
