means to leave the house in good condition. In case additional deep cleaning
is needed, this will require EUR 30 more.

Discount Extra 5% in the second reservation, 10% if done in less than 12 months from the first.

Conditions:
You can take possession of holiday house on the day of arrival between 4.00 p.m. and 6.00 p.m. and let it free on the day of departure within 10.00 a.m. with the obligation to redeliver it in a good state of cleanliness. For arrivals after 6.00 p.m.extra €.15,00. The cleaning of fine living is generally included in the price and means to leave the house in good condition. In case they are needed additional depth cleaning require €.30,00. For the loss of keys is a charge of €.40.
You can agree a different check-in time, in this case the timetable should be agreed with the owners at least 2 days before your arrival.
In any case, a delay of more than 1 hour and 30 minutes will cause an additional cost of € 35.00, while after 3 hours late the additional cost will be €. 50.00.
When a reservation is required deposit of 50% of the amount due to be sent within three days. The balance will be at your arrival. At the time of arrival is required a security deposit. This filing ensures the immediate payment of any damage. The payment of the deposit, equivalent to € 150,00, is returned to the departure, after verification of the lease. Any breakage or damage will be charged and, if the security should prove insufficient, will be sought integration.
The owner reserves the right to cancel the lease at any time if the lessee, or members of his family or his guests, acting in a manner not in keeping with the security of housing, damage the home voluntarily, disturb the neighborhood with their behavior, host unauthorized persons, or having any other act that may damage the owner of the lease. In this case, no refund is due.
The holiday house must be ocupied by the number of people notified at the time of booking. For more detailed information and specific requirements should apply at the time of booking. Please note that parking, both internal and external, are not kept and articles of customers are not insured.
