ABETONE - FAIDELLO The holiday house is located in the heart of Appennino Tosco Emiliano, at Faidello, just 2 km away from Abetone. The cottage was completely refurbished recently and is equipped with every comfort: ♣Close to the snow tracks (700 meters); ♣Heating; ♣Fireplace with firewood; ♣TV, with DVD-DVX; ♣Dishwasher; ♣Wide private courtyard with a large garden equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. |

It's divided in two floors: at the ground floor there are the living room with a sofa-bed and the fireplace,
the kitchen with a table for 8 persons, oven, dishwasher and a refrigerator with freezer; upstairs there
are a bathroom with shower and 2 double bedrooms. The house can comfortably accomodate 4 persons, up to
6 if you use the sofa-bed. The cottage is located in a quiet area surrounded by greenery. It has a wide private
courtyard with a large garden. Guests will enjoy a wonderful view: the cottage is only few meters far from woods,
that let you having a glimpse of Mount Cimone in the background. We provide you with a wooden table, chairs and
the barbecue to eat outdoors. In the courtyard you can park two cars, but guests have also a large free parking
area behind the accomodation.
The house is equipped with heating; TV, DVD-DVX player, hairdryer, dishwasher, all kitchen supplies, oven,
refrigerator with freezer are supplied as well. The location is suitable both for people loving skiing,
both for those who like nature and walking. The famous Pulicchio snow tracks are just 700 meters away and
they're connected to the whole resort of Abetone and Pistoiese Mountain, through a modern system of ski lifts,
chairlifts and shelters. Cimone's Resort is 25 km far. Even for those who don't like skiing, it's possible to
relax and enjoy all seasons: shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, discos, an indoor swimming pool, children's playgrounds,
beauty salons, sauna, solarium, gym, tennis indoors and outdoors, centers riding, paragliding, canoeing are close
to the holiday house. Also, Abetone is the ideal place for hiking, biking and motorbike riding. Descending a few
steps under the house, there are stretches of woods and meadows, where you can admire the variety of apennine
flora and where the "Rio delle Pozze" is flowing. Beside the center of Abetone, with the characteristic Pyramids
and the typical shops, there are a lot of places to visit: Fiumalbo, a city of art, 4 km far, the botanical
garden, eno-gastronomic routes in the farms, characteristics events of neighboring villages, the Suspended
Bridge on Lima in Mammiano Basso, the Mountain's Museum and the Museum of Cultural Traditions ... From Abetone
is also simple and fast to reach the beautiful art towns of Tuscany: Lucca, Viareggio, Firenze, Pisa, Pistoia, Prato.
